Support Services for Castlebar Campus

College can be a pretty crazy time, whether it’s just starting off, or you’re back for you fourth year. We all get stressed out from time to time. Some get stressed out over what could be considered minimal to others.

Anyone who has suffered from stress and spoken to someone will tell you that it was the right thing to do. As with most problems, talking always helps.
Talk to a good friend, a close family member, sometimes talking to someone you don’t really know at all helps, but it’s important that you can trust them.
Trust that they will look after you, help you, and make sure you can get through whatever the problems are.
